Contact Us
Last reviewed: September 2026
One address handles everything: [email protected]. There is no contact form on this site, no chat widget and no phone line — a form would only collect personal data we have no reason to hold.
What we can help with
- Factual corrections. A figure that has changed, a feature described wrongly, a broken link. Tell us the page and what it should say and we will check it against the source.
- Questions about the game. How multiplier spots behave, what a specific special bet costs, how a trigger works. If we do not know, we will say so rather than guess.
- Feedback on the reviews. Including disagreement. If your experience of an operator differs sharply from ours, that is worth knowing.
- Commercial and partnership enquiries. See the affiliate disclosure first, which sets out what is and is not on the table.
- Data protection requests. Access, correction or erasure under UK GDPR — details on the privacy policy page.
What we cannot help with
We have no access to any casino account, anywhere, under any circumstances. That means we cannot:
- reset a password, unlock an account or restore a closed one;
- check the status of a deposit, a withdrawal or a verification review;
- release a bonus, waive wagering or credit free spins;
- lift a self-exclusion, at an operator or through GAMSTOP;
- investigate a specific spin result or a disputed balance.
All of those sit with the operator you hold the account with. If the operator will not resolve it, the escalation route is set out on our complaints page, which explains how to take a dispute to an approved ADR body and, where relevant, to the Gambling Commission.
Response times
We aim to answer within two working days. Corrections that can be verified quickly are usually made the same day the email arrives. Data protection requests are answered within the statutory one month, and normally well inside it, because we hold very little data to begin with.
What happens to your email
It is read by the editorial team and kept only as long as the conversation needs, up to a maximum of twenty-four months. It is never sold, never added to a marketing list and never passed to an operator. Please do not send passwords, full card numbers or copies of identity documents — we have no use for them and no reason to hold them. If you have sent something sensitive by mistake, tell us and we will delete it.
Press and media
Use the same address with “Press” in the subject line. We are happy to talk about how the game’s mathematics work, how affiliate sites are funded and how UK gambling advertising rules apply to pages like this one.
If you need support rather than an answer from us
The National Gambling Helpline is free and confidential on 0808 8020 133, twenty-four hours a day. GamCare offers live chat and one-to-one sessions. GAMSTOP blocks every UK-licensed gambling site at once and takes a few minutes to set up. None of those go through us, and all of them will be more use than an email to this address.
